    I have a question regarding double-joints. I am a person that has double-joints or is very prone to hypermobility (Beighton Scale For Hyper-mobility).
    I want to ask you for advice regarding training exercises, methods or programs that I can do. I want to work out, be healthy and strong. I have been watching your youtube channel and I really like the content that you are putting out.
    I want to train for strength as well but as you mentioned the risk of injury is high. I have worked out before but I never looked at the hypermobility issue as a problem. But the more I have watched your videos and read the articles I started to be more concerned with the issue.
